UBC Southern Council Collective Bargaining Agreement

In mid-August, the Southern District of the UBC officially signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) changing the workforce landscape for contractors and installers alike. The CBA is the first agreement of its kind that stabilizes wages, benefits and conditions across the board for 11 states. With this agreement, our contractors can provide blanket proposals making it easier and more efficient for them to bid work across a large portion of the southern US market.
