I am very pleased to announce to you that INSTALL and Helmets to Hardhats have been working together to improve and enhance the efforts to welcome our American and Canadian Veterans into floorcovering careers. H2H has successfully introduced hundreds of Veterans into the Carpenters Union. Together we have created an improved communication, education and sign-up system to enhance the entry of Veterans into INSTALL. H2H will introduce INSTALL and the benefits of a floorcovering career to Veterans and INSTALL will recruit INSTALL contractors to sponsor the Veterans into apprenticeships and employ them.
This is a situation where justice, patriotism, and good business are all served. Our Veterans deserve all of the help in re-entering civilian life that can be provided to them. They are disciplined, team- and goal-oriented and deserving. Our INSTALL contractors, manufacturing partners and the UBC value and appreciate the service and sacrifices performed defending our freedom and liberties and are eager to embrace our Veterans. Work is plentiful and we have the opportunities available.
